The third training organization of TEM Team was held for 2 days on August 20th and 21th, 2020 and put the subject of “Remote Team Management” on the table. Training was provided by Hakan Okay on the Zoom platform and 23 company representatives from 17 companies attended to the online organization.
Remote Teams Management training aimed to teach our members how to overcome the challenges of managing employees in different time zones and locations. The participants also were able to learn how to hire the right people and improve their communication skills with remote teams. Other significant topics; such as, managing remote teams, building and maintaining trust with remote teams and participating in remote team meetings were also taught in this training. By the end of this course, our participants were able to lead in a remote environment, to build a remote organizational culture and practices, to assess teams’ and managers’ readiness and preparation for remote work and to create a foundational strategy for executing a remote transformation.
