WHO IS TURKISH ELECTROMECHANICS TEAM (TEM)?
Turkish Electromechanics Team (TEM) is created by Electrical and Electronics Exporters’ Association (TET) in June, 2019 with the support of the Turkish Ministry of Trade. TEM has 22 member companies and act as a consortium according to the need of the Customer.
TEM is a SOLUTION PARTNER of both private and governmental Electrical Transmission and Distribution Companies. TEM provides solutions at engineering, manufacturing, contracting and financing of turnkey projects together with Turkish Eximbank if needed.

TEM offers EPC solutions for Distribution Networks, High Voltage Substations and Power Transmission projects. With around 5 decades of experience, TEM has capabilities to design, manufacture, test, supply and erect substations, transmission lines on turnkey basis up to 500 kV.

In-house design companies that continuously develop innovative, construction friendly and cost-effective designs using latest softwares. It has an unparalleled strength in the design of very complex and large projects.
Manufacturing
TEM Team Members are among the best and well known manufacturers in the world for Power and Distribution Transformers, Instrument Transformers, Generators, Disconnector Switches, Power Cables, Conductors, Towers, Steel Structures, Silicon Insulators, Hardware, Metal Clad Cubicles, Control & Protection, Lightning and Earthing Systems.
Construction, Project Execution and Project Management
TEM has a successful track record of executing substations and transmission line projects in inhospitable terrains such as seas, rivers, mountains, hills, gorges, deserts, water logged areas and forests etc. It has the ability to overcome challenges of difficult climatic conditions and has executed projects under the severe weather conditions such as +40° temperature in the Middle East region and -40° temperature in the CIS region.
Financing
TEM works with Export Credit Bank of Turkey (Turk Eximbank), which aims to help Turkish contractors and manufacturers gain competitive advantage as well as secure access to emerging markets by offering flexible payment options to foreign buyers under the International Project Loans.
