At the beginning of TEM, Needs Analysis was conducted by a consulting firm in order to distinguish members of the Project in detail. After the Needs Analysis Report is completed, it is decided to organize a charette in Wyndham Grand İstanbul Kalamış Hotel on September 25th, 2019 to discuss about the three-year road map of the Project. Significant topics; such as target markets, training topics, consultancy areas etc. were specified with the participation of company representatives.
At the second half of the charette, a detailed presentation on international credits and target countries was held by Head of Turkish Eximbank International Loans Department, Ms.Suzan Usta and Expert, Mr. Doğacan Ormancı.
Moreover, Head of Overseas Contracting and Engineering Consultancy Department in Republic of Turkey Ministry of Trade, Mr.Hasan Murat Nesimoğlu delivered a speech on the construction business and technical consultancy at the end of the meeting.
