Usluel is a leading engineering and construction group specializing
in large infrastructure projects for electrical power, railways, and
telecommunications.
The main activities in the Energy and Rail Systems field consist of
turn-key construction of energy transmission lines, substations,
urban networks, distribution lines, and railroad electrification systems.
The Group also provides qualified engineering and technical project

manufacturing and commissioning of telecommunication and
control systems for public and private utilities and telecom operators.
The company was established in Ankara, Turkey in 1968, and

Energy Transmission Lines, many Substation Centers, Power Plant
Electromechanical Systems, Hydropower Plant, high speed Railroad
Electrification Systems, SCADA and Telecommunications projects on
a turnkey basis under every climatic and geographical condition.
